How can I place an order on “Fabshope”?
  1. Browse our user-friendly website and select your desired products.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Select your preferred delivery day and time slot.
  4. Provide your credentials phone number and shipping address (Log in / Sign up).
  5. Select your preferred payment method – pay by cash or card upon delivery, however, we strongly recommend paying by card on the website is absolutely a secure transaction.
  6. Checkout when you are done.
  7. We’ll have your order sent!

You will receive a notification on your registered email confirming your order.

Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery service covers all major cities in the UAE.

When I place an order, when does it get delivered?

Orders received from all Emirates other than Abu Dhabi & Al Ain before 2 pm will typically be delivered the next day, as per your selected time slots. For orders from Abu Dhabi & Al, Ain delivery is 3 times a week every Mon, Wed & Friday. The deliveries are handled by our reliable, well-trained, and dedicated employees, who take the appropriate precautionary measures to ensure safety & hygiene.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. NO DELIVERIES on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How can I select my delivery time?

Once you have finished your shopping and before placing your order, you will be requested to select your delivery slot date and time which suits you.

Is there a minimum order and delivery charge?

Get FREE DELIVERY when you order above AED 100. For orders under AED 100, a delivery charge of AED 20 will apply.

Where is my delivery?

Most packages are delivered on time.

On rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery time. Here are the possible reasons for the delay:

Traffic especially at peak times of day
Incorrect address
Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Severe weather conditions
Our drivers will attempt to contact you in the event that the delivery is delayed.

Please note that the call will be from the UAE landline or mobile number.

What are the payment methods accepted by Fabshope?

“Fabshope” accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Online Payment through Credit/Debit Card.
  2. Cash on Delivery

Online card transactions are routed through CC Avenue. All your transactions are 100% secured.

What if I need to cancel my order?

When you place an order on fabshope.com – and then if you decide you want to cancel your order, you can reach out to our Fabshope dedicated customer care via WhatsApp at +971 58 548 5008 or email support@fabshope.com and let them know you want to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it on our website. All messages that are received after business hours will be replied to you by the next day.

What is your return policy?

Kindly ensure to check and confirm your items on delivery and return any unsatisfactory items to the driver at the time of the delivery. Please make sure to raise any delivery or quality concerns to the driver at the time of delivery. If our driver has already left, the item(s) must be returned within 48 hours, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging. Please be informed that we are unable to accept returns later due to potential health and safety issues. For any other concerns and further inquiries, please email us at support@fabshope.com or WhatsApp at +971 58 548 5008 within 24 hours of delivery.

I canceled an order which was made using online payment. When will I get my money back?

In case of cancellation, the total value of the order will be refunded to the same bank card used in the purchase if the payment was done via bankcard in accordance with the issuing bank’s policy and procedures. The order cannot be canceled if the remaining time for the delivery was less than two hours.

How can I use my voucher?

You can proceed to the payment and then on the right side there will be a box to fill in the promo code details. You can add the promo code and redeem the vouchers.

Can I use a mobile device for online shopping on FABshope?

Yes, you can. Our website is built on responsive technology.

You can shop as many items on Fabshope as you required. Any restriction will be clearly communicated on the website.
